Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in the city of St. Louis, Missouri. She performed in The Muny Opera. Kelly Michelle Stables graduated with honors in the class of 2004 from The University of Missouri Columbia in Columbia, MO. She is a graduate of the BA diploma in Theatre and Communication. After moving into Los Angeles she quickly got involved in theater arts acting and choreographing in over 2 dozen plays and musical productions like The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title roles in LA's award winning Storybook Theatre. While continuing to study Improvisation with The Groundlings and becoming a part of the company at Theatre West Kelly also started getting roles for television and film. Her voice and diminutive stature that have enabled Kelly to be able to tackle a number of roles. The most famous character she has played is Naomi Watts' evil Samara in The Ring 2, but her most famous role was as the fun receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly played the role of an attorney and a party animal in TV The Land's The Exes as a Series regular between 2011 and 2015. Kelly was also on the show as Alyssa's sassy, sexpert sister on the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the stressed-out suburban mom in the CW show No Tomorrow. She has lent her singing voice to several animated cartoons, including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recently, she appeared in the role of the charming but dimwitted Cloud 9 Employee on NBC's famous comedy Superstore. With her husband and their two children, she leads a quiet life.
