Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash-Morgan is an actor who has been a part of the SSC's board from 2011 is the co-founding artistic director of the newly formed theater firm Speech of Fire. She has been the artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 to the year 2019. Additionally, she was a part of as a member of the SSC as a producer and composer of costumes/set designs, music director and coach for text and as the Artistic Director. Though she typically led inside her ensemble of actors but in the final year with SSC King Lear, she became a director and lighting designer. In addition to acting, she has also worked on a number of game-based programs. Her two sisters and daughter were nurtured in the home of her science-minded father Richard F. Post, as well as poet Marylee Post in Walnut Creek. She was a student at Las Lomas High School where she participated in cheerleading.
